Some of you may have noticed that I recently changed my site header–this site is no longer just “Pregnancy Coaching for Conscious Parents.” I wanted to be more inclusive of the types of clients that I actually work with; from folks who want nutrition coaching to those who need some emotional support with EFT/Matrix Reimprinting/life coaching. And of course, my lovely pregnant clients, their babies and their partners!
To honor my inclusiveness, I will be blogging on a greater variety of subjects. Pregnancy and nutrition will still be a focus, but I will also be writing about other topics that are capturing my interest and inspiring me to share.
I am also going to share more than just informational blog posts…so you will see a bit more personal experience documented–I realized that I need to feel freer to express myself here!
We moved to Boise, Idaho just over 3 months ago and we are loving it! The perfect combination of sun, water and green–reminds me of my childhood in Ohio, but without the humidity. Feels like a good place to set down some roots…
