If you are like most of my clients, you already eat a fairly healthy diet and know what foods work for you.  Even so, many of my clients are depleted in a few key nutrients–nutrients that can make a huge difference in the quality of your pregnancy and the well-being of your child.

Pregnancy can be an challenging time with hormonal changes and different nutritional demands.  Everyone has different needs and I think it is essential to make sure you enjoy your food and feel relaxed around eating–your baby is getting their first “taste” of the world through you!
